Number Squish Incoming? (After Legion)

Should be an option for "don't care". It is just a number. It does not matter if that number is 1 or i million, if the effect is the same. Number squish is just asthetic, and I don't care if they do or don't.

I don't understand the need for a number squish. We could get in the trillions for all care. The size of the numbers that appear on my screen doesn't matter to me. Just look at Diablo 3 (Also a Blizzard game) The numbers get up in the billions and your characters life into the millions and its not an issue. The stats on gear are much higher and the sheer amount of damage numbers that appear on screen per person are typically much high than that of WoW. This seems to work just fine, and is the main reason I see no reason for a squish.

It's not only about the size you see. It's also about computer performance. The higher the number, the harder is for your computer to do the math etc so you will lose performance.
