Transmog unlock question

I have a question regarding this; will the wardrobe be released in the pre-patch or only with Legion? Having it released in the pre-patch or in the week before with the Demon Hunter thing would make ssense since a lot of us are stockpiling transmog at the moment and won't have the time in the first few weeks of release to go through our bags and banks to clear it all out.
I really hope it is the week before. I have banks and void storage full of crap and I would really like to clear it all out, and the first week I will be powering 1-2 characters to 110 and getting them raid ready. I don't really want to start questing with like, 10 bag spots free D:

I don't think so, pre-patch is only for the new talents and spells.

Incorrect, the mount and pet tabs were added in a pre-expansion patch too.

Anything u have ever looted, that is transmogable, will be in ur wardrobe. So wardrobe function in pre-patch or not, u can still clear that out and have it in the wardrobe when it is implemented.

Pretty sure that's incorrect. You need to have it in your banks or as part of a completed quest history.
