You should hold this Cup on the well-known Classic Private server.
There, you'd actually get something close to the real 19 twink experience.
That rule-set you have sticks out like a sore thumb, pointing to how different and degenerative the entire scene has become.

The rules are in place to make games as fun and competitive as possible. A lot of time and effort was put into the rules.
