    BoS weak auras

I wanted to see if anyone knew of a unholy rotation helper weak aura set up around the BoS play style. I already know of and have the necroblight one that works well, but wanted to see if there was BoS style out there somewhere?!

I looked for one of these a few months ago, but never was able to find one. I don't think such a WA exists.

What would such a helper aura do? Maybe an aura to warn you 10-15-20 seconds in advance of BoS coming off CD, to be able to pool some RP and get some Runes off CD too.

The only ones I have seen (and use) display the RP value while BoS is up.

The rotation for BoS is fairly simple. Since you're always using BoS together with ring you pretty much just want to maximize the amount of Soul Reaper and Scourge Strike hits you put in. Use transform as fast as possible and ERW in a manner that wastes runes and rune regen as little as possible. The best advice is simply practice it.

I use a weakaura like deusX says that shows cooldown of breath when it comes within 20 seconds as thats about the time where i need to think about setting up ressources for BoS.

Rune Usage in BoS is just use frost/blood on festering, death/unholy on SS.
If runes are desynced with frost > blood use a festering on frost + death. If runes are desynced with blood > frost use a boil.
Both of the desync 'fixes' should only be done if you're about to cap on a rune set. E.g. if the second frost rune is closer to finishing than the first blood rune. If the first blood rune is closer to finishing than the second frost rune you can still fix it by doing festering when the blood becomes ready and then using 2x blood charge.

Another thing to consider is as long as no runes are going to cap and you wont desync, you should use SS/SR over festering so that for example on the last 2 GCD's inside ring dont do 2x festering and then 2x Scourge Strike after ring ends. As long as the blood/frost runes aren't capping.

Here's my WA's - Alliance so there's no Arcane Torrent.

    BoS Unholy: http://pastebin.com/M9gMb7tc

Use thoose together with Compact Runes: http://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/compact-runes
Personally i only use compact runes for runes & RP, everything else i show in the WA's.

On a last note regarding the NP rotation helper you're using, it's optimized for single target which you would never use NP for. I would advice just using the counter to see how many festerings you need to match the UB cooldown and then just focus on your rune usage. In almost all fights where you use NP you want to be ahead of the curve with festerings since the fight is probably AoE based and there will be alot of GCD's you need to spent on boiling/soulreapering. For example on Xhul-Horac you dont want to be casting festerings when there are 7 adds in range of boil. Cast them after ring proc when there are no imps up.

There's also a whole bunch of BoS weak auras posted up in here that you may find handy:

I tried using the kind of weak aura you are suggesting, but it wasn't very effective for me. Just have your runes and runic power in a place where you can easily see them, use festering strike on an blood or frost runes and spam your scourge strike button as hard as you can while breath is up. A weak aura to keep track of plague leech, empower rune weapon, and blood tap is something I have found to be really helpful and is pretty simple to set up. Before you know it you'll have your globals during breath pretty much planned out and this problem will solve itself.
