DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (WPEC) - A performer was burned and seven students were taken to the hospital following an incident at a pep rally at Atlantic Community High School in Delray Beach, according to Delray Beach Fire Rescue.
A fire-breather wielding a baton suffered burns during the performance, said a spokeswoman for the School District of Palm Beach County.
Several students posted video and Snapchats of the incident on Twitter.
