Back to WoW - - Advice on logs?

Sorry can't post logs - but name is Melloz-Kil'jaeden

Notes:
- I started back in September after quitting WotlK.
- ilvl 737 - both top mages are 742+ (hence I still shouldn't be THAT far down)
- I do not believe I used my CD's RIGHT off cooldown
- Also realize arcane can be RNG dependent.

Mainly - What am I not doing/doing wrong to not be above 50% for my ilvl?

if i saw it right your mana management sucks, try not to dropp under 93% mana if your aren't in burn phase.

if you do rotation right, you will be dropping under 93% constantly.

if you're at 93% mana you're supposed to cast AB, which costs ~ 9%, considering mana regen during the cast, you end up around 85-86% after the cast.

Ye u right I have expressed myself wrong, i mean u shouldn't cast arcanblast under 93% i know that u will dropp to under 93% when u use ArcanBarrage.

yes, i know i shouldn't be dropping under 93%, there was a point in time where i didn't notice i was at 4 stacks.
besides the point, any other advice on the log?
