It's not about what they fight, going from what we see in the series TWD team would own the Super team in armed combat, close combat and tracking/survival skills.

Thanks to Daryl they would trump the Winchesters in tracking/survival but Sam and Dean have been trained since childhood to fight all manner of supernatural beings. They would out fight and out shoot team TWD no bother imho.

Dean can solo. HE beat Cole, who is some Navy SEAL bullshit. Rick has cop training and Daryl is a brawler. Dean destroys them.

Rick and Daryl only have experience with hunting the undead, humans and wildlife. Sam and Dean have experience in those three categories and much more - since they've tackled all sorts of different monsters and demons.

So with little bias...I'd have to go with Sam and Dean.
