Addon that only saves history of chat on current chat windows?

The stable version of Prat on Curse is broken for days not showing whispers without any warning and they only updated it on Alpha version. I do not know if it's their fault or Curse's but it's very unacceptable either way.

Do you know of an addon that does history and nothing else?

Used it myself fairly infrequently, so cant say currently if there are any issues.
But I have been using Elephant @ Curse for some time.

Unless curse are screwing up the addon, then I cant see them being at fault.
But then again is it necessarily the authors when blizzard make a lot of changes often at short notice and without a lot of, if any documentation on what has changed.
