Why are "White Nationalists" so totalitarian?

They believe it is more important for laws to protect the society identity more then the individual person. They resemble socialists,communists,and progressives in that sense.

Whole needs of the many over the needs of a few.

I disagree with their philosophy, for the most part. I belive in personal freedom. However, we cant have a nation of 300+million without SOME social safety nets. Govt is getting too big, but some of it is necessary. As far as society identity goes, who is the final authority on what that identity is? seems totally subjective to me.

My memory on it is vague but if I am recalling correctly they see people as three groups.

One capable of building and maintain societies.
Caucasians and Asians

Two people capable of maintaining but unable to advance civilizations.
Arabs, Indians and a few others I forget.

Three are those unable to even maintain civilization and live as wild men without another group controlling them.
Most Negros are categorized as this


This was years ago when I looked into it so I no longer know if it hold true for their current beliefs but to the best of my knowledge most follow some variation of that.

Yeah, I find the hate of Arabs by White Nationalists a bit strange, caucasian by itself is a term to describe closely related peoples who possess pointed noses and a few other features.

Where do they get that idea from? Ancient Egypt, Iraq, and India all had highly developed civilizations with major urban centers, writing systems, metallurgy, and even plumbing (key to survival ofc) long before any trace of civilized life appeared in Europe. In fact, much of Northern Europe, where the superior Nordic stock is supposedly derived, remained as an undeveloped backwater right through antiquity and well into the Middle Ages, with some areas like Lithuania not showing evidence of written language until the 1500's!

They consider Egyptians white and don't prescribe to them being negros but their own seperate group of people.

As for the middle east... I believe it is based on how little they advanced in more modern times compared to the rest of the world. They also heavily frown on their culture despite it being far similar to their own many of them are comfortable with admitting.

End of the day I believe it is due to how held back their are by their faith that does not have them in the first category. I could be mistaken though this was some time ago I read up on this and I forget all the details. Surprisingly out of all the ideologies I read through white nationalism and Nazism are the two with the most explanations for everything. Likely a by product from being constantly attacked.

Yeah, I am. There's no meaningful differences between black supremacism and white supremacism or asian supremacism, they all behave similarly.

Well there is one meaningful difference in that white supremacism is a much more widely held belief than the other flavors. I mean, you can talk about Thailand, but how big of a problem could Asian supremacy be over there when you have stuff like this:

Nationalism is a two handed approach, one hand hurts and the other hand heals. If you're not willing to do both and realize that you can use both to address problems while still maintaining strong general principles then it's not the approach for you.

It's only totalitarian in the sense that the foundation of the nation and its' people aren't interested in drastic change culturally and is willing to both instruct and fight to uphold it. Changes in the people are always something looked at as an expression of traditional values, not a departure from them.

Many White Nationalists don't have that sort of deep philosophical understanding of the ideals and use lots of talking points and slogans that have been developed over the years by people who did/do have that kind of understanding. There's also been some misuse of the platform by certain people for their own ends, so like any other movement you have a mixed assortment of people all with some variance of what they know, can say and represent. This isn't a problem except for those people who latch onto impressions without understanding the deeper meaning.

Ultimately the bigger problem is most of these Aryanists don't really know much about European history, culture, languages, and tend to focus on an idealized Aryan Mythology that came out of the Nazi regime's delusions.

The facts are no "White Nation," exists, There are European Peoples. But this does not constitute a Nation in the traditional sense of the word.

Not only did this thread start off iffy, it seems to have just escalated from there.

Just as a heads up in case it was missed, the GenOT rules were updated earlier this month to include Race/Ethnicity as forbidden topics, which is most of what this thread seems to consist of.
