Fix for tiny mouse cursors at hi-res (4K)

I've found a fix (or workaround) for getting bigger mouse cursors in WoW when using hi-res displays. See my post here:

I've been wondering why WoW looked weird on my laptop. I got the MSI Computer GS60 GHOST PRO 4K-079 15.6-Inch laptop... and things look weird when I game sometimes. I knew it had something to do with 4k. What's unusual is when I plug it into my normal monitor -- everything looks just fine (a standard 24" Dell).
