9 in x 15.5 in x 21.5 in ... doesn't really matter if H is 9 or W is 9 or D is 9 as long as the other fit in the other two dimensions. Yeah it might matter on the placement of things inside the box.

Did the OP post this here too? http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/...-atx-case.html

    How about? http://www.silverstonetek.com/produc...id=233&area=en

If I did the conversions right I think it works. Not sure with that video card though.

Yes I posted over at Tomshardware and the Hardforum too. Like to get as many suggestions as possible

I have one more question if someone can answer it. My current board is the P8Z68 that obviously has the overclockable Z68 chipset. I'm thinking about getting a smaller matx board that has the H61 chipset which I am assuming doesn't have the overclocking abilities of the z68 which is fine; however, I just want to be sure that my hardware will run with the same performance it would on the Z68 (without overclocking of course). Would there be any degradation in performance for my graphics card (970 gtx) and processor?

Did you find a matx case that fits in your specs? And yes performance will be the same given you are running same clocks on both. Only difference might be some h61 board may not have xmp profile in the bios and you would have to set ram timings/voltage manually.

Yes, I found several options for matx cases. The only challenge really was a mid tower case to use my existing hardware. Now that I've settled on getting a micro atx board I have a lot more options for the case. Thanks for the info.

oh absolutely. even in hand-luggage i wouldn't want an assembled PC.. turbulence will judder things, even just wheeling your bag around.. other people can bump into it, fall onto it, automatic doors shut on it.

original boxes well secured among clothes or other soft stuffs in the middle of your bag, either checked or hand luggage is the only way to go if you have to take sensitive stuff on a plane. hand luggage will very likely have to be unpacked and shown to security though. motherboard is gonna look like some kinda cartoon bomb on that xray.

Little off topic, but I just fell in love with that CPU cooler.
