    I know what you mean, this doesn't sound like the System where you send the follower to retrieve a item that, grant you a quest for adventure.

    They doubled down with shipyards so I never thought they would move away. But if you look at it, there are indeed grants for adventure. My guess like most missions will be for useless xp or resources and youll get 4 maybe 5 a day go on this adventure I brought back. Just like shipyards 85-90% missions are useless but a couple times a ay you get something that might help, gear, quest chain. Whatever.

    I personally love the garrison feature and this is bad they switch garrison to some class "locations" cause of crybabies. Good that this mission management survive.

    Wow looks like garrisons v2.0. So much for it, uh, not being like the garrison mission system and actually letting players play their character and interact with the world. Can they please just make a mobile garrison game to please the fluff carebears and actually focus on designing a real game for the rest of the playerbase? Obviously what they've been doing hasn't been working, how about they not repeat it.

    The concern I have was I thought the majority of quests would be a fetch quest with low timers so they come back to give you quests to do out in the world. In reality the majority of the quests that is show are on long timers and very few world quests that you are able to do on your own.

    I think the ratio is backwards. They should have a 2:1 ratio of world quests that you can do versus follower missions IMVHO. Right now it resembles more like for one world quest you can do versus a whole bunch of follower missions.

    Not feeling this design at all.

    This is n unfortunately what I expected them to deliver. I'd hoped I'd be wrong, but I wasn't.

    I think we're on the wrong page.
    I see this as picking up a mission, but you're the one that goes out to complete it. You know. A quest. But again I could be wrong.

    1. Pick up 24h mission. It activates a quest area in said zone.
    2. Get other order hall buffs.
    3. Complete mission objective within those 24h. Get something out of it.

    There are other missions from the order hall that give "invasion objective" quests. No telling if they're similar to "assault objective" quests in WoD; I don't think those are ready for testing yet.

    Yeah I was hoping it is more of what you said because 24h=daily which then makes more sense. But way too many concerns with what they have unveiled thus far.

    The ones that say 0 followers\0 resources maybe but I'm looking at the ones that say 3 followers 20 resources with a duration and some of them have a gold reward oh joy oh rapture another couple of years of feeling I have to run my 14 alts through the missions daily.......

    I feel ya. Ultimately though? Not the end of the world for me. The order hall still doesn't sell like it's the one-stop-shop for everything, which is the biggest concern for players IMO.
    The mission system at its worst is just the easy to identify symptom of the actual problem.

    It might be a problem if you're going to be pushing so hard for 10-50g rewards. IMO it'd be more effective to get out there and kill stuff.

    You know NOTHING about what rest playerbase want....and if you know from what you see on forums then this is barely significant ammount of players (even those are divided in opinions) which think about himself "majority" cause they scream most from all....This is wrong and pls leave your vision of this game for yourself cause it is so much shitty that only that vocal, small "rest" of the playerbase want.

    Considering the WoD sub numbers, I think I know that the playerbase doesn't want more of the same. Like I said, they should just make a separate app that is the garrison mission system, since that is essentially what it is already - a crappy little mobile/Facebook-like game, to appease the players such as yourself. It shouldn't be replacing what could be substantial features for the actual game. There is no downside to this - players like you get your Farmville crap that you like, and the rest of us don't have to deal with it and get actual gameplay in the real game. Everyone wins.
