No, just no.
I wanted to write a novel here but then I noticed OP's name...

Don't even fcking dare to touch my favorite raid with that crap!
Formerly known as Arafal
Updated Naxx was pretty awesome for the casual crowd. It was a pretty easy raid, which is nice for the initial raid of an expansion, and considering all the casual whiners always call out that only 1% of the playerbase got to see any raids from Vanilla / TBC / WOTLK / CATA, many more got to see that iconic raid.

Congrats! That is an awesome mount! (I still haven't gotten it to drop yet )
I wonder what would be an interesting way of updating us on Bolvar outside of fighting him. Maybe make him a quest giver?
I think this is a project in the distant future, where the current lich King will unleach his fury on the world and we will have to go up to a changed Northrend to fix it once and for all.
I'd be ok with doing it as a one-time special event or something, maybe as a 10-year anniversary for Wrath of the Lich King. It could be similar to the level 100 Molten Core LFR event or the Onyxia event. Actually, we're only a couple of years + a few months away from Wrath's 10-year anniversary, now that I think about it (Wrath was released in November 2008).
But aside from that, I'd see it as recycling content, and I'm not a big fan of that. The only reason I make Naxx an exception there is the fact that a lot of players (actually majority, from what I understand) never got to experience it the first time. Even less serious guilds got a chance to visit ICC.
No. Rehashing of a raid aside I'd rather they do something NEW with Bolvar as lich king rather than make him Arthas 2.0 and just have us storm the same place and kill him. It would be a waste.
You contradict your own idea. You want all the bosses replaced, then follow up that you want to revisit it like naxx, which had all the same bosses. right.
... So why would they do that? You do know that this is a storydriven game right? The players have no reason to go and destroy Bolvar the Lich King, only to have the Lich King replaced AGAIN which would be required as well.... Christ...
Naxx was revisited for story reasons (mainly), but I guess you don't give a rats ass about story do you?
Amazing sig, done by mighty Lokann
