[Balance] Fix my dps

I am leveling atm (lvl 40). I looket some Balance druid guides and stuff, but every time I run some dungeon I do a lot less damage, then the rest of the group. Like the others do 200-500, but I do crappy 80 xD

Well, speccing Balance probably wouldn't hurt. Or wearing caster equipment.

And don't expect to compete with people decked out in Heirlooms.

it says cast moonfire as soon as eclipse buff is up. Oo?
i would rather advice you to use the icy veins guide
