    Will it work?

I'm in the process of building a new computer and have already received some parts and just waiting on funds to purchase the remaining parts. My question is will I be able to just transfer some of the parts from my current computer into the new case and use the new parts with everything working properly? I just feel like my current one goes too slow and it's pretty much unplayable.

    Here' my current build:
    Graphics Card
    Mother Board
    Processor
    Hard Drive
    Memory
    Case

And here's are the parts that I have now for the new one:
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock 3 67.8 CFM Fluid Dynamic Bearing CPU Cooler
    Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
    Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Case: NZXT S340 (Black/Blue) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic G 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

    Remaining parts:
    CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 380 4GB SOC Video Card

Edit: Was going to install the HDD into the new system regardless so that'll also be included.

Your current processor should still be good, just overclock the crap out of it, if you do a clean windows install on the SSD your computer will fly. The graphics card is due an update though, but there will be new ones in a couple months up to you if you want to wait, but they should be substantially better then current ones.

Bit of a waste that you already bought new memory, the new skylake CPU you intend to buy may be around 20-25% better then your current one but in most games you will not notice the difference as they are mostly GPU limited.

So put the new SSD in my current computer and it'll improve?

Since you already have the new DDR4 ram I'd say to just grab a new CPU as well, but yeah the 2500K is not exactly bad by any means.
