its a 25 year old company... yes people will move onto new jobs or retire.... how come this is SUCH huge deal with blizz only?
a person who has been with the company for 20 years are retiring and people scream blizz is dying

People leave jobs all the time for new and/or challenging opportunities. Maybe they made him a good offer.
