What was your least favorite expansion?

What was your least favorite expansion and why? Yes this thread is a compliment to the most favorite expansion thread.

For me, I'd have to say Cataclysm because the final encounter with Deathwing was such a letdown. I've been unsubbed for most of WoD so I'm not including it in my personal consideration of least favorite expansions.

I voted Cataclysm but now I regret it, because while Cataclysm's endgame was bad... it did revamp all the earlier levels, which was very necessary.
I'd make WoD the worst, then Cataclysm.

Yeah, I loved the 1-60 revamp and playable goblins. Goblin starting zone was fun, too...Firelands was an enjoyable raid tier for me personally.

MoP, I did not like the spell changes for any classes, esp warlock and warrior. The questing felt too linear. And the pandaren constantly offended me, underestimating my power. I just defeated Deathwing and you are whining about your precious vale, let me show you what just happened to the rest of the planet while you hid in your mist.

I voted WoD for the sole reason that I barely played that one. This had 2 reasons:
First, my guild died in MoP and I haven't really found a replacement for WoD. So I basically didn't raid except for the first 2 weeks and 1 or 2 BRF heroic twink runs after HFC was already released. Second, the WoD endgame got old pretty fast. I was bored after 2 weeks at max level. Tanaan wasn't better. Now I didn't raid this expansion, which was basically a first since WotLK, but still. Content outside of raids was lacklaster. On the other hand, WoD had the best leveling experience so far.

It was a really close call between Cata (Revamping of the old world into a failure of a comedy show, and DS), and WoD (All-around disappointment in both PvE and PvP side of things). However, my primary interest in WoW is mount collection, and WoD brought a wide variety of mounts that I desired very much, so I voted for Cata as worse, as it had no mounts that I really thought "WTFBBQMUSTHAVE"

In terms of content and endgame: WoD.

Thematically? MoP by a long shot. I hated the theme of it.

WoD is the absolute worst. Very few redeeming qualities. I actually miss MoP.

It's either Cata or WoD, I'll probably say WoD, outside of raiding, the game has been stale and bland at best.

Cata, started out good but went splat and while DS was ok the final DW fight was bleech

I didn't think cata was too bad to be honest, it had a terrible start but got better. WoD sucked all the way through.

I loved BC, and Wrath when they came out. With Wrath, I couldn't believe that they could outdo BC.

Hated Cata. Then when MoP came out, I couldn't believe it was worse than Cata. Now with WoD, I can't believe I want Chinese shit and annoying grasshoppers, that was MoP, back.

If Legion follows the course, it will be incredible to see how bad it can be. I can't imagine anything being worse than WoD.

The one that had garrisons. Raids were good as always, but can't think of anything else that was good.

WoD by a fucking mile. I honestly almost didn't even think about it as an option simply because it is so insignificant to me. I liked it at launch but then the content just never came. Everything that was added could have just as well been in at launch. Makes me wonder what the hell they were doing all that time at the end of MoP. I know it is hard to make games and blah blah blah but Blizzard are not dumb and they have super talented people. There is no excuse that WoD came out in the state it did. And that it never really got "better".

Honorable mention to BC. While I enjoyed it I was still a noob back then and didn't get to do a damn thing but run around the world and try to get good enough to do heroics. Spent 90% of that expansion in a bad guild wiping in Karazhan. Great people but my god were they just bad lol. That isn't really the fault of the expansion though I guess.

If it weren't for the old world/questing revamp, I would say Cata, as I despised every single zone they released in that expansion. But the revamp saves it, so WoD is the worst.

Every single one of them had their moments but, yeah...WoD left much to be desired outside of raiding and the leveling experience.
