ADDED NEW NPC TO FAMILY
* Eric "Ocho" Cleaver and his family received their long-waited Legendary loot on May 2, 2016! His name is Nicholas Cleaver, and weighs a healthy 9 pounds and 4 ounces. We all wish him heartfelt congratulations on such a valuable find!
CARNIVAL OF THE ASCENDED
* Minion Card: Zephyr is now giftable.
* Jornaru should no longer be able to be dragged out of the arena.
* The Carnival of the Ascended 4 hour promotional minion missions are back for a limited time until Tuesday May 10th at midnight.
* Carnival quests given by Kwip and Winachuk Maguk that were inadvertently repeatable have been made non repeatable.
* The Endless Faces of Teth rift now takes 20 minutes to time out with no interaction.
* The Tales of the Ascended events at the arena in Shimmersand will now timeout after 10 minutes if no one attempts to defeat the boss.
- If a player has used their lure and were unable to complete the quest they can talk to the Herald of Heroes in the arena to get another lure so long as they have completed the first objective.
UI AND SETTINGS
* Dimension NPCs now hide their nameplates when not selected.
* Porticulum Masters have leveled up their cartography skills. Names now appear in all words.
* Fixed Daily Rewards so they do not show on login after you've claimed all the rewards.
* The Nightmare Bulwark icon now correctly displays as a shield in the wardrobe interface.

CLERIC
SENTINEL
* Reverent Supplication has been reworked:
- For the next 10 seconds, Sentinel healing restores 15% of your mana.
- Restores 3% mana per second while active.
- Healing and absorbs are reduced by 50% while active.
- 1s cooldown, and off the global cool down.
WARCHANTER
* Two mysterious buff icons have returned whence they came.
* Catch your Breath is no longer an Encouragement.
* Deep Breaths is now a buff that persists through death. This effect lasts 1 hour.
* We'll Get Through This now costs 5 Power, down from 20.
WARDEN
* Open Water has been reworked:
- For the next 10 seconds, Warden healing restores 15% of your mana.
- Restores 3% mana per second while active. \= Healing and absorbs are reduced by 50% while active.
- 1s cooldown, and off the global cool down.
MAGE
FROSTKEEPER
* Earthen Rapport:
- Can no longer be triggered by passive effects.
- The absorb has been reworked to trigger when Crystal Barrier provides a shield.
- The absorb no longer incorrectly benefits from buffs.
- Now heals you for 10% of the triggering heal per point.
- Now shields you for 15% of your Spellpower per point.
- No longer incorrectly triggers from Barrier effects.
- Barrier effects now correctly count as Procs and will not incorrectly trigger effects that do not allow procs (including Frostkeeper's Armor, Crystal Barrier, and Earthen Rapport).
* Fixed an issue causing Rhythm of the Earth to reduce the GCD by only .25 seconds, instead of .5 seconds as its tooltip states.
* Fixed an issue causing Infuse Magic to display as toggled but with no ongoing effects when used on a target other than yourself.
* Barriers are no longer removed from the Mage if cast on an ally after placing a barrier on self. For example, an Earthen Barrier on self is no longer removed from the mage when casting Crystal Barrier on a different ally. Stacking rules for barriers still apply.
* Ablative Crystals:
- Has been reworked to provide the target increased maximum HP based on their maximum HP.
- No longer incorrectly stacks with itself.
- Effectiveness reduced to 2% per talent point, down from three.
* Earthwalk can now correctly be cast while controlled.
* Infuse Magic no longer incorrectly leaves 10 charge left after it expires.
PRIMALIST
MAELSTROM
* Vaporize now deals 20% less damage in PVP. Reduced damage by 8%.
*Excoriate is now correctly tagged as a Curse and can be Purged. Reduced damage by 3%.
ZONES AND EVENTS
* Soul Mending: This quest is no longer shareable.
PLANETOUCHED WILDS
* Increased the spawn rate for the Rival Bounty Hunter in Planetouched Wilds.
* Removed the charge from Khadgak Khan.
DUNGEONS AND RAIDS
INTREPID GILDED PROPHECY
* All boss HP has been reduced by 25%.
Thalguur:
- Crystalline Volley now casts at 15 seconds into the Thalguur fight, rather than 35.
- Fractured Core increases damage taken by 1.5%, up from 1%.
Uruluuk:
- Reduced crystalline desecration by 50%.
INTREPID HAMMERKNELL
* All boss HP has been reduced by 25%.
MIND OF MADNESS
* Arisen Arak:
- Fixed an issue with Fiery Absolution being interruptible, as this was not intended.
- Fixed an issue with Arisen Arak resetting if anyone at all died during the final phase.
* Dark Genesis:
- Dark Genesis tires of this current wave of ascended seeking to prevent ruin from falling across Telara. He’s decided to be a little less oppressive, as a result he’s pulling his punches and not using Pin Down as frequently or hitting as hard with it.
- Purging flames is back on! Yay! Burn!
- The Fire Genesis are back from vacation and now doing appropriate amounts of damage and returned to their non-targetable ways.
- HP has been reduced by 25%.
* Enigma:
- Enigma’s “Disintegration Field” damage has been reduced by 50%.
- The cooldown on “Chaotic Pull” and “Suspend” has been reduced from 8 seconds to 4 seconds.
- Cast time of Full Heal increased by 0.5 seconds.
- Damage from Disintegration is now 90% of your maximum health.
- HP has been reduced by 30%.
* Fauxmire:
- As the Ascended grow accustom to the darkness of the Synapse forest Fauxmire finds his home less threatening. The Encroaching Shadows deal significantly less damage.
- With nightmare creatures found in this forest creating less terror, ascended are no longer afraid of the dark. As a result callings that are beckoned by the night now only feel 25% of the fear they did before.
- HP has been reduced by 30%.
* Lady Envy
- The speed of Enthralled Oculons has been reduced from 150% runspeed to 100%.
- The debuff of Gaze of Envy has been reduced from 50% to 20%.
- Lady Envy will no longer Cleave after her Singularity phase.
- Added save zone indicators for the bullet hell.
- HP has been reduced by 30%.
* Lady Justice:
- Resolved an issue with Lady Justice’s tank swap.
- Reduced Pain of Judgment to 7.5% per person.
- HP has been reduced by 12.5%.
- Trial by Fire is no longer a one shot kill.
* Lord Arak:
- HP has been reduced by 30%.
* Pagura:
- The curses can be played now by the same people(your carries).
- Shattering Roar interrupts itself if Pagura is pushed to 40%.
- HP has been reduced by 50%.
* Pillars of Justice:
- HP has been reduced by 50%.
* Health variation tolerance increased to 10%, up from 3.5%.
MOUNT SHARAX
* Boss HP has been reduced by 20%.
RHEN OF FATE
* Over a year has passed since the denizens in The Rhen of Fate first made their stand. Each week they suffer at the cruel hands of the Ascended seeking their gear and glory. It has finally become too much for these brave defenders of Telara, and their spirits have finally broken. Week after week of defeat has crushed their team morale: they've lost faith in their fight.
* As a result, all of the mobs (and bosses) in The Rhen of Fate have 50% less HP.
* Ungolok:
- Reduced ink blast mechanic by 25%.
- Reduced building pressure by 25%.
TYRANT'S FORGE
* Boss HP has been reduced by 20%.
ITEMS
* Planar consumables (such as Abyssal Crystals) now stack to 99, up from 50.
* Instead of increasing Spell Power, the Granthor, the Redeeming Blade polearm now has a chance to increase Attack Power.
* Instead of increasing Spell Power, the Thrandor, the Soul Mender polearm now has a chance to increase Attack Power.
* Hotfix Earth gets hotfix rings, which no longer require Shal Korva notoriety to be equipped.
* Ascended's Lesser Signets are now filtered in the store as level 15 items.
* The Ascended's Exalted Shiv is now valid for level 60 runes.
* Random Discarded Puppet Lockboxes now stack to 99.
AUDIO AND VISUAL
* Fixed an issue causing occasional endless looping attack audio on the Rain of Arrows ability.
* Fixed visual effects placement on Warblade of the Victor.
* Improve reliability of personal dimension ground suppression mushrooms, as well as intermittent lightning.
