You see, Airlick, to plow though Baltics and Poland (especially Poland, which has reasonably strong armed forces now) would require mobilisation, which would have been observed.
NATO would not sit iddling thumbs waiting for that to finish.

Don't know if all of you beta cucks realise that Russia is not a geopolitical rival for USA as Soviet Union was. Russia is simply too weak. Hamburgers shift to pacific where the true challenge with China arose.

So crybran, who gets his world view from anime, who consistently complains that nato builds too many bases around russia, is angsty over nato not building another base near russia.

I mean, it's not like we didn't just have a 30 page thread about russia being dicks about the US training closely with Poland. His memory and critical thinking is pretty bad.

Many in Poland fear the repeat of situation of 1939. They want a significant presence of foreign troops on their soil not to organize the defense, but to make it hard for other country leaders to explain to public why they don't join the war against the attacker if their own soldiers are dying.

Russia can arrange that if USA doesn't have the balls to.

Russia troops are what Poland does NOT want. They would rather have German troops in Poland....

Meh. Give it some time. After a few more scandals and public humiliations against Poland the attitude towards USA and Germany will sour and they will become warmer to Russia like Slovakia, Hungary and the rest of their neghbours.

And then they will remember Katyn... Poland dislikes Russia for more than post WWII treatment.

This will trigger Cybran et al.
Warsaw supports Ankara's bid for a liberal EU visa policy for its citizens if the country fulfills all technical criteria, Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski said Wednesday.

Addressing a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Ankara, Waszczykowski said: “We do not want to apply visa regime for Turkish citizens at a time when we are asking [Turkey] for lifting of visa restrictions for Polish people.”

Cavusoglu said Polish citizens require visas even while entering Turkey at its airports or border gates, “but we want the remove these visas as soon as possible”.

He thanked Poland not only for supporting its bid for relaxation in visa restrictions, but also “for supporting Turkey’s EU membership process”.
