Sure, vacuum clean your ear out , what could go wrong . Must be better than going to the ER and having someone remove it with medical equipment that won't permanently damage your eardrum.

I suspect it's sarcasm, but don't use a vacuum cleaner. You'll do more damage to your ear the spider ever could.
