Really, none of them are that great. They either have a last gen CPU or a last gen GPU, one of them even has a GPU from 2 generations ago, paired with a current CPU. Very odd systems.

Thanks, I know that those builds are very outdated, but my monthly salary is only 250$, yes, my country is mega poor, so this is the best I can afford.
Can I play WoW Legion on ultra settings with this build?

    CPU Core i5-6400 Quad 2.7GHz LGA 1151 6MB BOX
    RAM DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 2400MHz

That's not what I was saying at all. It's odd that all of them have a combination of current and last gen hardware. Not that last gen hardware is outdated at all, especially for the CPUs, they are still good. It's just that each of those systems is kinda mismatched. Either great CPU but poor GPU or vice-versa. You should be able to find a much more balanced system. You did not say what country you are in so I can not really offer any help outside of that.

Since it is mainly for WoW, IPC is king, so really the first one is the best choice. It's just really odd that they have that i5 there with a 7850. The 7850 is still just fine for WoW though, so if those are your only options, I'd go with that. I'd bet someone could find something better, or you could build something yourself, if we knew what country you were in.
