    Two things to keep in mind. First, we don't know exactly how these will be acquired, beyond them not being pure RNG world drops. Second, we're starting with a cap of 1 legendary equipped at a time, with various gated ways to slowly increase the limit over time. For example, fully upgrading your Class Hall (which will take a month or two) adds +1 to the cap. Other ways will probably take longer, or not even be available until future content patches.

    sorry to go off-topic but is this different from live? was under impression that chaos currently includes physical damage as a school

    Yes it's different from Live. On live Chaos encompasses all schools, including physical and Holy. On Alpha, as of a recent patch, the Physical and Holy schools have been removed from Chaos damage.

    If mobs drop them then that will make Suramar even be

    That's not quite correct. Chaos BOLT no longer does holy or physical damage. Other sources of Chaos damage, such as Demonbolt and various Demon Hunter abilities, still deal all schools of damage.

    This is pretty much purely a PvP change.
