Generational criticism is hardly new. And there is plenty of data out there to show that the Millennials aren't nearly as clueless and lazy as everyone wants to make them out to be.

I will say, however, their particular culture around workplace stuff is definitely challenging.

Yeah I never understood that because there is a major difference between those of us who grew up before internet and saw its rise and those who grew up on the net during this era. There is a major difference in personality and consumer wants with someone born in the late 1980 than someone born in the late 1990s.
