HFC trinkets probably won't proc at all at level 110.

Remember the amp trinkets in SoO? They dimished in power every level from 91 to 99 then stopped working completely at 100.

Still, it'll be interesting to see how HFC trinkets interact with the Legion changes during the pre-patch.

Reaper's Harvest is good sometimes because a full-stack Necrotic Plague hits really hard on AoE. The main disease component of virulent plague seems much weaker than necrotic plague so the wandering plagues generated will be unimpressive. The good damage from virulent plague comes from when it explodes or when the target dies, which has no interaction with Reaper's Harvest which only procs off of the normal ticks (supposedly.) Now, if the explosions can proc off the wandering plague it might be worth equipping for AoE because that will greatly increase the number of explosions.

During the pre-patch it will be a fun thing to toy around with but it won't survive until Legion raiding.

The highest ever tick I've seen from my NP was around 80k.
