the world pisses me off. Im a big guy, 6 ft 300+ pounds. I wear cut offs to work because i work in a warehouse, and it can get pretty warm. No ones ever told me to cover up in person, even when my side boob gets to jigglin. Im not all fat though, warehouse work and 9 years of multiple school athletics have turned me into what i like to call "The Next Step in Human Evolution".

But i always wonder why people tend to pick on weaker fat people, and not me. (not fucking really i know why you chicken shits wouldnt say a damn word to me)

If you look here, you can see the bit of lace between the breasts is different from the rest. I suspect that's the piece that 'malfunctioned'. That would mean cleavage to almost below the breast and with big girls like that, it will expose a lot. I still don't mind, she's beautiful, but I can imagine that's a bit too much for a prom. However, we can't really judge until we've seen the dresses of other girls. It certainly doesn't have much to do with her being big.

She's a cutie and that dress, in this photo, is definitely not too revealing. I guess without the lace in the middle it might have been.

She probably has a BMI of around 25-27, which makes her slightly overweight or "chubby". This is pretty much a normal weight and part of a normal natural variation, in non-starving societies there have always been people at such a weight. No health hazards here.

For women (and girls, sadly), much more of their value is determined by their looks. If you tell a fat guy that he's fat, he might be a bit hurt, but he's more likely to shrug it off and be like "so what, at least I'm strong / smart / funny / good father / whatever". If you tell a fat girl that she's fat, she's more likely to be really hurt, because to her, it basically means, well she might be smart and funny and whatever, but she's still fat, and thus less worth, less desirable, looked down upon by both men and skinnier women. That's why assholes prefer to target fat women -- because since they're bullies, they get off on hurting people, and so they pick the target which is most likely to be hurt by their comments.

Oh bullshit. At my prom, we had girls with much more exposed cleavage than that. We also had girls with backless dresses, girls in two piece dresses with bare midriffs, girls in tuxedos whose male dates came in the dresses, etc.
