Regarding raid buffs

Will all raid buffs be removed in Legion so that group compositions will be much more flexible?

All passive raid buffs are indeed being removed. Bloodlust and some other active raid utilities will still be around though.

Game is better off without raid buffs, it was annoying that you felt like you were not performing as intended just because you missed 5% crit or 5% multi-strike, especially as a class that wants either stat.

Indeed. It was just annoying trying to optimize small groups. Fun utilities like BL, Aspect of the Fox and Stampeding Roar on the other hand I like.
