In a sense, the world first race will not be affected much, not because it doesn't effect it exactly, but because the world first race in PvE was never really truly fair in terms of equal opportunity. On the surface, it looks that way but underneath it lies the major flaw compared to other forms of competition like PvP, regular sports or any other kind of regular competition activity. One can simply play for 18 hours a day against the AI for a few weeks and look better via brute force.
To those complaining - what did you expect? It was only ever going to be a minor buff.
Pretty sure the top 10 guilds had less Archi wipes than your guild currently has. But keep telling yourself that people are beating content faster only because they play more, not because they are genuinely better - you've got 2 wipes shy of 500 on Archi with 30 ilvls better gear + full rings.

That's the textbook case of a strawman argument coupled with the textbook case of an ad hominem attack. You are replying to someone talking about the competition for the world first and your only words are "you are worse than them". The point was that if you are near the top (say top 50) with fewer hours you might sometimes be a better player than others being higher because you have less time on your hands, something you will scarcely see in regular competitions.
One could argue the items will be less powerful for the world first tier guilds than other guilds because, they will push through the first bosses fast, but then they will no longer have the buff. So others will be able to catch up with them easier. Of course, that will not be a big deal when you compare the top with the low ranks as Mlz wants to remind us, but if you compare the top 3 guilds being 3 bosses forwards with a top 100 tier guild being behind, but, with the buff on, that might make a difference, that buff will be pretty good for the top 100 while the others being too early will have no buff yet.
Yeah alright. 2.5 seems decent. Though not "let's not do the boss at all without it" decent.
Yeah it seems alright. It sounds like it should be max 3 and minimum 2 to not be too much or too little, so 2.5 is in the middle. Versatility is the best stat for it too since it's practically a flat buff or/and nerf for each class in an equal manner with some minor exceptions when it goes to tanking and healing.
