Is the female Belf bow animation still wrong?

I was wondering if they actually fixed the horrible blood elf animations in legion.. (wrong footwork -> weird balance->awkward body stance)

I think my character holds the bow properly maybe 10% of the time.

It also sheaths really high on the back, like 2/3 of the bow is above the shoulders.
