What Sub-Saharan African country has the best chance of becoming First World?

African countries are definitely hurt by a lot of the feel good things that Westerners do to supposedly help them. Donating food and clothing to starving African kids might sound like a good idea, but sending all our unwanted junk over there just makes it impossible for local industries to compete. These are things they have the capability to produce themselves and really should be, because it's not like these countries are overflowing with job opportunities.
