I finally got around to watching Zootopia yesterday.
I feel that it is pretty blatantly pushing a pro-Trump agenda.
Trump (who is represented around the internet as a lion btw) in the movie is represented by Mayor Lionheart - the misunderstood alpha predator / alpha male / white heterosexual male that appears to be doing something morally wrong (the wall/stopping illegal immigration vs keeping feral predators locked up and under treatment), when it actually the right thing to do. It turns out Mayor Lionheart is just trying to do the best for his people - find a cure without causing a panic.
Meanwhile, the story of Zootopia is about a blue "breaking the glass ceiling" liberal bunny finding her prejudices against red foxes unfounded (one very clearly portrayed as a redneck), and the two coming together to put a DUPLICITOUS DIVISION-SPREADING SHE-EEP public official in prison.
So the movie is Disney getting liberals warmed up to and ready to support Trump. I mean just look at these pictures, it's pretty blatant.
Oh and btw, in the movie the liberal ends up using enhanced interrogation techniques (threatening to mafia murder the weasel if he didn't give up information)

Nah man, Zootopia is about racism. You're a racist. I'm a racist. Rabbits afraid of being eaten by foxes are racists. But its ok because as long as you set your mind to it, an anthropomorphic bunny rabbit is definitely biologically capable of beating up a slightly less anthropomorphic rhinoceros. Also, I hope Disney doesn't get into the habit of spoiling the best scene in the movie in the trailers.

How can the movie be about/against racism, when its 100% made up of racist stereotypes? Like the Godfather family, the nudist hippies, black police chief.

Stereotypes are based in reality at some point in time for some reason. Even if race/nationality/sexuality X does Y things more often than average, that doesn't mean that ALL race/nationality/sexuality X must therefore do Y, and that is why stereotypes are unfair. Originally Posted by Firefall

Well the lion mayor is one of the idiots of the movie and goes to jail. While many might see some connections to Trump based on that the movie is far from a pro Trump movie.

It's clearly pushing some sort of agenda. I just don't know what group is represented by the fox/predators. It can't be blacks - since the police chief and gazelle (Rihanna/Beyonce) are not considered predators. It can't be Arabs - the predators are generic Americans in behaviour. I guess they must have developed this movie while they came up with the plans to put trump up for president, how many years do you think it took to come up with this devilish scheme? Or perhaps they just scraped this movie together after trump announced his candidacy...
Anywho, clinton should be arrested, trump is a maniac and bernie is a socialist. Best of luck america! (your really gonna need it!)
