I use a gaming mouse, but only bind 3-4 buttons. More than that feels confusing rather than helpful.

Sensei Raw.
Left/right/mid, and i use 1 of the side buttons.
everything else bound to keyboard.

I can manage without a gaming mouse in PvE, PvP well good luck trying to fit all the keybindings on your keyboard. Even when you run with d and strafe with s and f you still have not enough bindings for some classes.

A reliable logitech 5 button mouse is all Ive ever needed to play wow. There are more than enough hotkeys on your board to do anything you need to do in wow.

Don't have a MMO Mouse or Keyboard; PC game plenty. (MMO's including WoW Mythic's, FPS, and Elite Dangerous/StarCitizen Beta)
Haven't had a need to, personally.
Using the same mouse and keyboard since I bought them when they first released:
Logitech MX Performance from 2009.
Logitech K310 Keyboard from 2012.I'm a Kitsune! Not a cat, or a mutt!

My mouse doesn't even have a middle mouse button. Just left, right and a scroll wheel.
