Save front page's "Recent Forum Posts" filter to user account

Sometimes I log on to MMO-Champion from different places, or I clear my cookies for one reason or another.
The forum filter selection should also be saved in the logged-in user's account, so when I log back on somewhere else where the cookie for the filter isn't set, it gets restored.

We will keep it in mind, but it is an edge case. The vast majority of people don't log in from many locations / don't care.
