    Budget pc for moderate gaming

Price :500-700$ USA Indiana there's no real computer parts store nearby so amazon / Newegg are pretty much it.

    Need everything except monitor

Friend is hoping to play call of duty world at War, modern warfare, rust, and similar games. Also would like to stream the games and maybe record but not necessary if over budget.

No components can be reused and I'd be helping build but if there is a pre-built would be nice.

No preference to Intel / amd or Nvidia / amd

    Thanks in advance

I kinda swear by custom building your pcs you genneraly can save a few bucks. I'd look at a GTX 950 and a intel i5 6600. I'll post a more detailed build after i've researched some prices.

It's not that you save money per se, but you get better quality parts for what you end up spending. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Gk748K is a decent list, I'm biased towards Asus, Samsung, and Corsair, but you can pretty much swap anything in there to your preference if you want to save a little more money.

I would also suggest building but i get that sometimes isnt an option, this is the best deal on a prebuilt i could find:

Has a last gen core i5 and a gtx 960 for 650 bucks, pretty decent deal actually.

Sorry I should have clarified more - I will build it but if there was an equally priced / power PC that was already built he can do that too. I'm more than comfortable building his PC

Im actually not sure you could build the PC i linked above for less than 650 bucks, probably do able if you bought windows 10 code from a site like kinguin.

Edit, i guess you can but its pretty darn close and would be over if you werent comfortable with kinguin:
