Player Backgrounds:
<Novi Lunai> was formed with a core of ex-hardcore raiders who once strived to obtain realm firsts and and top world ranks. This took it's toll a little on some people and we decided it was time to take a step back and play on a more relaxed schedule.
We decided that raiding 2 nights a week, whilst still pushing for full content clear would be suitable for our lifestyles, lets face it we're not all 19 anymore studying and can devote 4-5 nights to raiding. If you think that you are in the same boat as us, and are a mature friendly player with great skill then we would love to hear from you.
During our first voyage into Mythic Sunday 10/04 we managed to get 3 bosses down (averaging about 724'ish iLev and varying experience in Mythic). Since then we've managed to clear on average 2 progress bosses per week and currently at 9/13M after such a short time we're happy with that (we haven't skipped any farm yet either, tho we are starting to now).
Having said that, we aren't just filling our roster with Tom Dick and Harry here. We're looking for quality people with the right attitude, friendly people who want to push progress on a relaxed schedule (And we also take a somewhat long-term view on people)! This means it takes us a little longer than just getting anyone, but the end product ensures we keep the great atmosphere in the guild an everyone enjoys raids.

Currently progressing on Xhul, 19% best try after 2 nights, but really managed to clear up issues we were having.
Due to a few roster changes (one trial vanishing and someone wishing to step down when replaced) we are currently looking for one melee and one ranged DPS (Healing OS is always nice, if you're a proficient healer!).
If you want to push progress (remember we only started raiding Mythic 10 April) but have fun doing so (like, enjoy hearing people laughing on Discord most of the night) then don't hesitate to contact us to drop an application! - A special note to people who haven't raided Mythic much in the past. If you feel you're good enough, and have decent gear (at this point it's necessary) don't be put off. Skill > anything, remember that!
