Northern mockinbird (& other early/late birds)

So, it's the season with LOUD, random-sounding calls, from the local northern mockingbirds.

I'm not a fan of birds that sing in the night, constantly. My girlfriend finds them adorable.

Do you have northern mockingbirds nearby? How do you feel about birds with late night/early morning songs?

I have no idea which birds are signing here, but they're at it all summer. Early morning to late night. I really like it.

We have some birds, not that variety though, but their sound is drowned by crickets and cats.

This is what I hear here most often. Talitiainen(talitintti) aka Great tit(lol?) in English.

Urk. It hasn't stopped for 6 hours u_u

That Great Tit sounds rather pretty, if a bit "squeaky, needs oil." I will count my blessing that cats aren't noisy around here. The white noises of repetitive crickets, I yearn for something like that.
