Yes it is actually. I'm not sure if he was still there or even if there's a correlation. But if the shooter was after him 2 other people wouldn't be injured.

Thank god it's only 2 so far.
It's a blessing that more often than not these school shooters/attackers are terrible at actually killing people, reminds me of the UC Merced attack a few months ago. I think the only death was the attacker.

They do have fairly strict gun laws. Which may help explain their lower than average firearm death rate.

Even if you have really good locks on your doors, if your neighbours are meth addicts, you're still going to get broken into.

You have to clean up the neighbourhood; otherwise, you're lulling yourself into a false sense of security.
