    Question Dumbest snapchat you've ever received ?

    Hey guys,

    Last night I received a snapchat of a person going 102 mph. The person was recording while driving 102 mph. People are so stupid. Guess the person wanted to show how cool they were. Wish I could report snaps like that. Another time I got a snapchat of someone flipping off a cop. Any others?
