..no I did not take an arrow to the knee but tried Frost DK thinking they are similar in concept and 'might' play the same ..

While I play both kind of the same in that range and kite pure melee (warrior / rogue / feral) face bash ranged (well fire mages are slightly different) ..

Retr is a great build fun wise, 8sec immunity, speed buffs, buff others all good .. thing is Retr is BOOM every 2min .. Now comes a Frost DK who is just BOOM non stop .. I mean keeps going and going ..

Offhealing and team utility (bop, freedom) come at a premium.

Dk only good for walking dead, other than that and overall War or Rogue are way way better in Arena

Ret always was a casual pvp hero, not viable in RBGs and almost never viable at high cr for arenas (over all), there is always a trade off, War is crap 1v1 but amazing in arena since there is a healer to back him up.
