crap. i vended all my M BRF trinks a while ago.. oh well. there is always a chance with a mission or a mount run pug to get one. For the people crying about doing Iskar, set your loot to Blood every 2 weeks for Mythic cache. have like 2 chances left and you never know

It's worth checking out the item restoration thing for your character. I can recover items I vendored on March 26th.

Also note that Blast Furnace Door (tanking trinket from Blast Furnace) is also probably usable; it's the same as Horn of Screaming Spirits except it has Versatility instead of Strength.
