Same with me. Super Mario Bros was the first game I ever played. I was super young too I think I was 3 years old, but I still remember playing the underwater level with my mom's friend.
Hmm i think it was pokemon yellow or super mario bros 3
I can't say 100% but the first one I remember is Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt. 99% sure but I was like 4 years old. Hard to remember.
Atari Boxing on the 7800.
Super mario 64
Uhm.. you controlled a guy that was litterally a red disc with arms, legs and sunglasses.. I for the love of me can't remember the name.
The earliest I can remember the name of was tetris on the original gameboy.
It was something on the NES. Iirc, it was Super Mario Bros. But we had more games back then, it may have been one of those - a Turtles game and Double Dragon 2 (?).
A few years later on PC, the medium I play on mostly these days, the first game was RAN planer (if I remember the name correctly). It was a management game for soccer for the german Bundesliga, named after a TV show there which covered it weekly.

Fort Apocalypse on C64.
Spyro: Year of the Dragon
Played it at a friends house when I was 5 or something. Immediately demanded that my parents buy me a PlayStation and the game. Got the early Trillogy and loved it. Got a PlayStation 2 a few years later when the fourth game came out (We were quite poor then, so I had to wait for a significant price drop).
Golden Axe on the original Sega Master System. Pretty good game.
Icewind Dale.
