You can do the math on this if you were looking at logs during Beta and multiply out the nerf. The only time Feral AoE was good was for less than 48 hours and is currently bad with and without the artifact. I would not advise anybody to use SotF with Tier18, you will waste tons of energy.

EU and Asian logs are already up. Feral did not do well.

I think it would be more destructive to give people false hope. At this point I can't think of a single reason to believe Feral will be viable in Legion. In the last 22 months there was one 48 hour period where it looked like Feral might not suck too awful bad.
