Legion: Will destruction be the go-to spec?

i don't have beta access but i recently tried the ptr build and noticed something about destro.Shouldn't havoc work with drain life?

Some people say affliction is great, some say it's bad.

Some say demo feels epic, others say it's turret-y.

Destro I hear little praise or denigration towards. So maybe.

I expect Havoc to be nerfed somehow. Maybe the talent or the core ability
