That is long out of the window.
Here's a check mark for you.
Businesses are evaluated generally by a 2 years revenue. That's the ballpark number value they have, in order you wanna sell.
Now go from there as private person. Can you cover any unexpected expense of 2 years income without going into debt? No? Then you don't have enough money.
Yes? Then you do have enough money.

Read the article, then read the report from the Federal Reserve linked in the article.
Nearly half this country can't even easily cover a surprise bill of $400.00..

The sooner you stop believing in what you're told, the sooner you'll probably realize who fucks you in the ass every day.
Yes the bottom/top 50% do exist. Your household either makes more or less than the median income of $51k.

Also, nobody fucks me in the ass. You aren't oppressed either.

Oh no! I hate watching House of Cards and flying on 747s. We need to stop these evil companies from exploiting me!

That is understood, but still not what I meant.

I get Hillary isn't a very good example of this, but simply receiving donations alone isn't evidence enough. Hillary's ties to Goldman Sachs scares me, but she also just proposed limits on the board of the Federal Reserve which is an astronomical contradiction.

While I disagree with Wildtree in that the middle class has never existed, it doesn't exist today. Drawing a line between 33% and 66% would literally be counting pennies. A meaningless differentiation that in no way reflects the intent behind the terms middle and lower class.
It's only pennies at the 1% margin (32%-33%). The household range across the middle one/third set is around 35k-78k.

    He's basically George H.W. Bush V2.

I get the feeling that comparing current candidates to former presidents isn't that productive.
There are no worse scum in this world than fascists, rebels and political hypocrites.
Donald Trump is only like Hitler because of the fact he's losing this war on all fronts.
Apparently condemning a fascist ideology is the same as being fascist. And who the fuck are you to say I can't be fascist against fascist ideologies?

35k-78k household income range represents about one-third of the population, they are the middle. As you get lower, you begin to count pennies, that's how the spectrum works. Implying the median income up to 78k is pennies is wrong, that makes them rich compared to most countries, people, and time periods.

then it would still be made out of the same "metal"...

I say we melt it down, shape it into a dick, and let some 600 pound dude play with it, and find some new metal to mint coins with.

You have an odd definition of middle class. I would say that figure is upper class.

aka Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders fit this metaphor of melting the coin and making a new one.

however those two are very different coins compared to each other.

$100k is below the 97th percentile and $250k and I wouldn't consider it scraping by.

Most housholds I see make less than $250k and are still doing good.
