on ptr there is no npc to finish the quest In the Blink of an Eye .... i tryed with all my characters but nothing ... ... Blizzard have been allow us to do the broken shore scenario but nothing more ... i think US PEOPLE WHO PLAY THIS GAME AND PAY FOR IT I THINK WE DESERVE TO PLAY IT WELL ON PTR ASWELL
