You can just use Quartz for a swing timer? I think I used tellmewhen. I made a rend tick tracking weakaura that works if you have the full T18 bonuses, if you have the standard non T18 rend then it will be out of sync - http://pastebin.com/02nVg6nu

do you gain rage from both mh and oh autoattacks as fury?I tried whammy and it resets the timer in the middle while dual wielding.
Is swing timer really a thing to be concerned about? Would put me off a tad if it was.
My WA for swing time.

Swing timer is really important to track your rage income, since you will be floating quite high a lot especially approaching the execute phase. I mean if you're not actively tracking your rage it's not that helpful. The more data you add for your brain to process then the more complex you're making the gameplay, so you should assess how much you can handle before it just becomes a burden.
For me personally though the swing timer was important for nailing the execute phase, knowing exactly when the rage is coming in is key. It's more about consistency, ultimate performance is usually dicated by RNG, kill time and raid strategy (aka raid damage distribution) so it's not like it's needed to get the ultimate ranking, just helps with consistency.
