    Unity? England is dragging Scotland out, when Scotland clearly wants to stay.
    Basically the same goes for Northern Ireland as well.
    So what should they do, OP? Ignore THEIR wishes for good of England?

    Because EU membership was one of the big factors in the last vote for Scottish independence.

    Leaving the EU is rather huge change of things, and very much would warrant 2nd vote given the local view on the matter.
