yes, because alot of sets will become insanly OP or will become right out 100% broken with the new classes, and they dont want to have to go back and balance 17 teir sets per spec to work in legion just for time walking... so they decided to disable the sets, plain and simple

also could you not simply copy/paste what you said here.. instead of forcing us to go there to read it?
