    [Hero Concept] Grom Hellscream

    Grom Hellscream

    Grom Hellscream is a melee assassin who unleashes devastation upon multiple enemies, then singles out an enemy for death. Grom’s strength revolves around his ability to maintain steady damage, ability to time bursts of damage, and high mobility. Grom’s weaknesses include his inability to defend against spikes of damage, and his methods of mobility requires him to commit to fights.

    Grom Hellscream is a do or die hero. Lok’tar ogar!

    Abilities

    Mortal Strike [Innate]:

    (Passive): Grom utilizes Fury as a resource, which fuels his Gorehowl’s Bite ability. Fury passively generates at a rate of 5 per sec, and 25 on a takedown.

    (Active): Grom strikes an enemy Hero, inflicting damage equal to 10% of the Hero’s total health and reducing healing they receive by 50% for 4 sec.

    Gorehowl’s Bite [Q]:

    (Active): Grom strikes an enemy for 295 (164 + 4% level) damage. Consumes up to 25 additional Fury to deal up to a total of 590 (328 + 4% level) damage.

    (Active): Grom looses a staggering warcry that causes nearby enemies to tremble, reducing their movement speed by 30%. Lasts 3 sec.

    Intercept [E]:

    (Active): Grom charges forward in a direction, inflicting 239 (133 + 4% level) damage to enemies he contacts.
    No cost, 10 sec cooldown

    Bladestorm [R-1]:

    (Active): Grom spins around for 3 sec, becoming Unstoppable and inflicting 466 (291 + 3% level) damage to nearby enemies every sec.

    Blood of Mannoroth [R-2]:

    (Passive): Grom falls to the corruption of Fel, turning his skin green and reducing the cooldown of Mortal Strike by 4 sec.

    (Active): Grom enrages for 6 sec, causing your next 3 Basic Attacks to inflict 125% more damage and generate 10 Fury.

    Bloodthirst:
    Gorehowl’s Bite heals for 15% of damage dealt. Double this bonus versus Heroes.

    Iron Will:
    ? Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe increases your health regeneration by 0.5 per sec, up to 15.

    ! Reward: After gathering 30 Regeneration Globes, you can also activate Iron Will to become Unstoppable for 1 sec.
    No cost, 60 sec cooldown

    Victory Rush:
    When a nearby minion is killed, you restore 1% of your maximum Health and the cooldown of Mortal Strike is reduced by 1 sec. Triple this bonus versus Heroes.

    Level 4
    Overpower:
    Gorehowl’s Bite deals 20% more damage if you hit a target consecutively within 5 sec.

    Whirlwind:
    Gorehowl’s Bite always costs 50 Fury, and deals 50% of damage dealt to nearby enemies. Damage remains proportional to Fury spent.

    Press the Assault:
    Every 5 Fury spent on Gorehowl’s Bite reduces the cooldown of Mortal Strike by 0.5 sec.

    Level 7
    Hellscream:
    Piercing Howl inflicts 216 (120 + 3% level) damage to nearby enemies on cast.

    Commanding Shout:
    Piercing Howl is also applied to nearby allied Heroes on cast. Slow does not stack.

    Demoralizing Shout:
    Piercing Howl slows the attack speed of enemies by 40%.

    Level 10
    Bladestorm:
    (Active): Grom spins around for 3 sec, becoming Unstoppable and inflicting 466 (291 + 3% level) damage to nearby enemies every sec.

    Warlord of Draenor:
    Allows Intercept to traverse walls and terrain, and increases its range and speed by 20%.

    Warbringer:
    You may now collect up to 2 charges of Intercept.

    Improved Intercept:
    ! Reward: After hitting 20 Heroes with Intercept, it stuns enemies struck for 0.75 sec.

    Level 16
    Colossal Smash:
    Mortal Strike also afflicts the target with Vulnerable target for 2 sec, increasing damage taken by 25%.

    Mortal Cleave:
    Mortal Strike hits all enemy Heroes near the target, and reduces healing enemies receive by 75% for the first 1.5 seconds.

    Lambs to the Slaughter:
    ? Quest: Hitting an enemy champion with Mortal Strike causes it to deal an additional 0.5% of the target’s total health as damage, up to 5%.

    ! Reward: After hitting 10 Heroes with Mortal Strike, its cooldown is reduced by 4 sec.

    Level 20
    Heroic Leap:
    Bladestorm first causes you to leap to a target location, inflicting 95 (53 + 3% level) damage and slowing enemies by 20% for 1 sec, then you begin to Bladestorm.

    Demonic Rage:
    Blood of Mannoroth increases your movement speed by 30% for 6 sec, decaying over the duration. Scoring a takedown resets the cooldown of Blood of Mannoroth.

    Execute:
    Mortal Strike inflicts an additional 10% of a Hero’s health that is below 20% health.
