wow fps issue

intel g3258 oc to 4.0 ghz
gtx 960 ti 2gb
8g ram
windows 10

screen: samsung ue32eh5000, 50 refresh rate, 16:9

lately with patch 6.2 my fps is around 40-50 instead of the usual 80 - 90

i also think this could relate to my screen i am using?

can someone help me? it should be easy to run 60+ fps with those specs.
