Is the IOC completely corrupt ? Yes, of course they are.
But while these olympic games be a failure ? Nope, never happend, won't this time too.
IOC isn't stupid, they whole purpose is to organize the games (in a shady way), if they fail their purpose is gone. They just can't let that happen.
And for the Brasil bashing it's stupid too. Yes Brasil is also corrupt, yes it's wasn't a smart choice in the first place. But they allready organised the FIFA world cup two years ago (the biggest sport event in the world with the summer games) just fine. These games won't be any different.
